The Institute believes that it is the combination of its students and its faculty, the academic vigor and all round development, comprehensive curriculum and the way in which it is delivered that makes us the institute of choice for international and domestic recruitment.
The academic pedagogy of the course curriculum is made cComplete through placement that introduces these budding managers to the corporate world environment.
The Institute conducts various management, technical and cultural events to develop the all round personality of students by making them personally and professionally updated for the corporate requirements.

Our Training and Placement Centre (TPC) broadly conducts the placement activities covering semester project work and final placement. The Institute’s Training and Placement Centre (TPC) assists eligible students in securingjobs and semester projects. For this purpose our TPC keeps effective contacts with thefirms (India and abroad), maintaining and performing liaison work between possible employees and the Institute’s students.
Students must, however, note that the institute is a place for serious academic pursuit and not an agency to provide employment. No fee is charged for the service and no binding obligation to find a job/semester project for any student is accepted by the institute.

To be eligible for semester project or placement service of the Institute, a student has to satisfy the following criteria: She/he has to secure an average of 60% marks ; ( 2) she/he has to secure an attendance of 75% in all subjects ; ( 3) she/he has to clear all fees due to the institute.

OBJECTIVES

1. Industry relation and interaction for:

• Developing and maintaining close industry interaction.
• Organizing visit to industry by students.
• Undertaking live projects/studies by the students.
• Inviting Industry key personnel to Institute for guest lecture, participating in seminar as panelists.
• Undertaking training programs, projects and consultancy for the industry.
• Tie- ups and Liaisons with professional and industrial bodies for various sponsored programs, projects, seminars etc. and providing industry exposures to our students.

2. Organizing functions like corporate meet, alumni meet, workshops and seminars.

3. Students personality development and grooming. For this the TPC takes support and services of the Personality Development Department for:

• Excellent communication(spoken and language)
• Group discussion
• Interview

Note: The firms can discuss with TPC about the projects for which they would like to engage the students for training. As a part of project work students are required to submit a report. The institution respect organizational privacy thus this report can also be made into two, one for the academic and another for the firm purpose.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

• The organization can send their confirmation to the institute in advance for campus placement program. They can also convey the institute, for sending resume of the students to them as per their requirement and format.
• We shall notify the same to our students and forward their C.V.s for  your scrutiny and short listing, which can be communicated for final interview either at our campus or at your company location or at any place of your convenience. Selected student will join the companies as per schedule.

PRE-PLACEMENT TALKS (PPT)

Companies are required to forward their job announcement form or requirement to our TPC on receiving, the TPC fixes up dates for pre-placement talks by the companies at the institute.

• The pre-placement talk is an opportunity for the corporate world to interact and to get better au fait with their prospective recruits both for the semester project and final placement. Here industry make presentation in which students concerns like job description, remuneration package, scope for growth, cross-functional exposure are addressed.
• Kindly convey the TPC about your travel plans this will help us to organize reception at the institute.

LOGISTIC SUPPORT: We shall be honored to bear the local travel and local hospitality to the team visiting us to select our students. However, we shall request such a team to engage our student on preplanned guest lectures/workshops on the topics/field relevant to target audience.

Our institute has established a specialized consultancy wing to provide consultancy services to the Industry and Corporate. Core faculties are involved in it in their respective specialization. Opportunities are provided to the students of RGEC and IIMS to undertake various consultancy assignments and live research projects of the companies under the guidance of faculty members.
